This body of work explores how anxiety can show itself in physical characteristics. Many people with anxiety have learned to hide the physical manifestations of the mental illness, but this can still appear in ways that are very slight and not as noticeable. I wanted to document the physical "ticks" anxiety reveals itself as, because I wanted to show something other than the psychological viewpoint. This ill show the viewer that anxiety manifests into compulsive behaviors that many people dealing with this illness do.
