This additive series started with a cause and effect; turning something that as intended to harm (self-harm) as a strength. I knew this was not a black and white issue, so I decided to add the various avenues in which self-harm can result in a negative outcome. Sewing all of these outcomes, good or bad, together to bring awareness of how delicate these situations are.
